Volunteers' FAQ

Thinking about becoming a volunteer? Great! Let us give you some more information.

If you did not find what you were looking for in this list, don’t hesitate to contact us at volunteers@game-access.com.

If you volunteer to help us with the organization of the event, you will automatically become a holder of a free non-transferable Standard Pass which allows you to enjoy all aspects of the conference. You will get to enjoy the talks from renowned speakers and gain access to all the parties.

The greatest benefit is, however, the insight into the organization of a big international event like Game Access and the experience you gain.

Last but not least, you will have lots of fun and meet many new friends!

Passion and commitment! You don't need a PhD, we'll find a job for every enthusiastic and representative volunteer who will be able to help us organize the event prior to the opening and be present on-site during the conference. All the other tasks will be individually discussed and agreed upon beforehand.

Don’t worry, we organize the time schedule of every volunteer so that they have enough time to enjoy the conference. Generally, half of your time will be spent volunteering and the other is yours to do whatever you please.

If you have any preferences, discuss them with us and we will do our best to tailor your schedule to everyone’s liking.
